General Rules for VMC Sports Promotion Foundation (VSPF)
1. It is compulsory for members to carry ID cards issued to them at all times and show it to VSPF staff (Management & Security) when asked to present.
2. All members using sports facilities must wear appropriate attire for particular sports arera at all times. VSPF reserves the right to decline usage of facilities in case of inappropriate attire of particular area.
3. All members and persons accompanying members are required to conduct themselves in a proper and dignified manner. VSPF reserves the right to ask person to leave premises immediately and/or disallow entry permanently in case any unacceptable behaviour is observed.
4. VSPF is not responsible for loss of belongings of members or any person accompanying them in any condition.
5. Membership to VSPF is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. All student members will be issued additional Guardian pass. Entry through this pass is only valid when accompanied by the student member.
7. Guardians accompanying children are not allowed in playing arenas.
8. All members are required to come during their batch timings only.
9. VSPF restricts the rights for usage of the arena/court and can close the arenas without giving any reason to members.
10. SMOKING & chewing of TOBACCO is strictly prohibited in any area of the complex.
11. Do not Spit anywhere in the complex.
12. Using cell phones or any other electronic device for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. 13. Photography is prohibited.
14. If any of the member is found guilty of damaging or affecting or operating any of the devices & items (property of the complex or Government or property of the others’ placed or parked) VSPF is liable to charge the cost of particular item or items or/and device & equipment to particular person and cancel his/her membership for lifetime.
15. If Members or outsiders find any illegal activity or hazards, please immediately report to the security or office.
16. Do not attempt to enter or use the areas other than you are allowed to enter.
17. Do not enter in restricted zones.
18. I am aware that the SAG is running excellence academy. As per their requirement of training, competition or practices, timings of the batches may be changed by management of VSPF at short notice.
19. I undertake not to disturb training of talented Athletes or sportsmen in any manner.
Realese and Idemnity
I release, indemnify and hold harmless VMC Sports Promotion Foundation (VSPF), its employees and coaches, from and against all and any actions or claims which may be made by me or on my behalf or by other parties for or in respect of or arising out of any injury, loss, damage or death caused to me or my family members or my property whether by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.
